申込者1人につき1件／総受付数95件程度（先着順） 今年度から研究基盤センターを利用していない人も参加できるように「オープン部門」を設けました。 ・一般部門：80名程度（研究基盤センター利用者） ・オープン部門：15名程度（研究基盤センターを利用していない人） Limited to 1 poster per presenter; 95 poster presentations on a first-come first-served basis. Starting this year, we establish an “open division” , for students who don't use the Research Facility Center for Science and Technology. ・Up to 80 applicants (Students using Research Facility Center for Science and Technology) ・Up to 15 applicants (Students not using Research Facility Center for Science and Technology) |

センターHPの申込サイトにログイン後、申込フォームに必要事項を記入し、要旨 (pdfファイル)をアップロードして下さい。 Please log in Center HP application site using your gsuite account（XXX@gsuite.kobe-u.ac.jp）and fill in the required information for the registration site.Then, upload your abstract file (in pdf format). |
| 受賞立候補制 Award Self-Nomination System |
受賞を希望する人は立候補できます。立候補する人は推薦者（学生・教員問わず）の推薦理由と署名（推薦者の自署）を記した推薦状1通（A4サイズ１枚以内、形式自由：pdfファイル）を提出下さい。立候補しなくても受賞の審査対象となります。 推薦状提出期限：12/17（火） 提出された推薦状は研究会当日、ポスター横に掲示いたしますのであらかじめご了承ください。 提出先：csrea-morf@research.kobe-u.ac.jp You can stand as a candidete for the award if you wish. In this case, please submit a letter of recommendation with a recommender's signature by Dec. 17th.（A4 size/less 1 page/write freely/in pdf format） The recommender can be a student or a faculty member. Self-nomination is, however, not prerequisite for the awards. Please note that submitted letters of recommendation will be displayed next to the poster on the day of the symposium.
